The first airport lounge developed as a oneworld alliance project (British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Qantas, others) features separate lounges for First and Business Class passengers flying with any of these carriers, a bank of plasma screens in the reception area, showers, wi-fi access or internet caf้-style work stations equipped with PCs and buffet areas. Veneklasen Associates provided comprehensive and state-of-the-art Audio-Visual designs:
- Multi-Zone Background music and paging system with a custom programmed music server that provides themed music to each area (First Class Lounge, Business Class Lounge, Bar, Showers, VIP room, and Lobby).
- 9 x 5 high definition video art wall in the lobby.
- VIP TV room with 42 high definition television.
- 1st Class TV lounge with 50 high definition television.
- Five 42 high definition television displays behind the bar with custom finished bezels.
- Shower Corridor video art Display.
- Guest Paging System for the Shower with vibrating coasters
- Shower usage signaling system that allows an attendant and cleaning crew to see which showers are available and which ones need cleaning.
- 10 master control touch panel which allows scheduling to turn the system on and off, select the TV channels to viewed, and adjustments to the background music system.
- 7 control touch panel at the bar to select the TV stations for the five bar TVs.
