The Bridges of Saint Paul is a mixed-use residential, hotel, retail, and entertainment urban village located on the south side of the Mississippi River in downtown Saint Paul. When completed, the project will exceed 2,000,000 square feet with 450,000 SF of retail space including a multi-screen cinema complex, a glass-enclosed conservatory, restaurants and shops, 300,000 SF of themed attractions, 335,000 SF of offices, a 4-star Westin hotel and 1,150 residential units.
