A preeminent development in a wave of monumental mixed-use projects in downtown Los Angeles, this 4,000,000 square-foot sports and entertainment zone will occupy 27 acres in a prime district between the Staples Center and the Los Angeles Convention Center. Completed in phases, the entire development will eventually include luxury hotels, retail, entertainment and dining, office space, and 4,000 residental units.

Veneklasen Assoicates provided acoustical consulting services for corporate offices buildings as well as the broadcast media center for television and radio that will be the West Coast headquarters for ESPN.
