Grant Park Homes is a 327-unit residential community in downtown Minneapolis that includes a 27-story Grant Park condominium tower and 288 single-family townhouses. Located in a historic neighborhood, the City Homes are designed in a turn-of-the-century, traditional brownstone style, and range from 853 square feet to more than 2,800 square feet. Both the townhomes and condominiums feature a uniquely high number of amenities including high ceilings, fireplaces, and generous natural daylighting.
Several key factors contributed to the projects success, including the positive example of developers, neighbors and city officials working together, and the expectation that the development will be able to park the revitalization of the Elliot Park neighborhood and the east side of downtown Minneapolis.
The housing development received both the "Best Overall" and "Best New Multifamily Residential" Awards in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal "2002 Best In Real Estate."
