This LEED Platinum building is 25 stories high, 957,000 SF and accommodates 3,000 employees. In addition to office, conference and meeting space, the complex includes hearing rooms, media rooms, a 4,000 SF daycare center, employee cafeteria and a public auditorium.

As headquarters for the Environmental Protection Agency, the building features many sustainable features. These include state-of-the-art mechanical/electrical systems, photovoltaic panels on the low-rise roof, charging stations for electric vehicles, an indoors bike room for 150 bikes ridden by Cal/EPA bicycle commuters. Daylight is made available with over 80% of office space filled with natural light.
