Gehry Partners’ New Offices
in El Segundo
Veneklasen Associates was selected to provide the acoustical design for Gehry Partners’ new offices in El Segundo. The project consists of the warehouse conversion of two adjacent buildings with a total build-out of approximately 65,000 GSF.
AV, IT, Acoustical Design for Recording Academy Offices at Lantana East
The Recording Academy, home of the GRAMMYS, is moving into Lantana East, occupying three floors with offices, recording and screening facilities. A 100-seat Conference Room will accommodate live performances, the main Screening Room will be divisible into three, and state-of-the art Category 6A cabling will be utilized throughout.
Full Services for 135,000 SF San Diego Consortium for Regenerative Medicine (SDCRM)
Veneklasen Associates is providing full services - Acoustics, AV and IT - for the SDCRM, a 135,000 SF laboratory research complex for the collaboration consortium of the Salk Institute, the Scripps Research Institute, the Burnham Institute for Medical Research and the University of California, San Diego.
$120 million USC Ronald Tudor Campus Center
A new, 193,000 GSF Campus Center provides space for a new Admissions Center, Alumni Center, KSCR radio station, as well as student life, dining and retail space, and integrates USC's existing Student Union and Bookstore. Veneklasen Associates is providing the Acoustical and AV design.
